Advance Display

General display features

• Display icons in multiple groups. The programmer provides two image lists to be used as the icons source for the bar. Icons can be displayed in two states - large or small:

• Allow the user to click on an icon to activate an event handler, or to click on a group to slide its icons into view.

• Can be used in either vertical or horizontal orientation. In the horizontal alignment the group captions font will rotate automatically (Use TrueType fonts only), and groups will slide from left to right and right to left:

• If the items do not fit into the group display, small navigation buttons will appear to allow the user to scroll icons into view.

• Have full control over the colors, sizes and fonts of the display in the bar:

• Each group can have a single color background, a gradient between two colors or a tiled bitmap:

Bi-directional support

RBBar supports right to left reading order languages like Hebrew and Arabic. The component will format its display from right to left including placement of the icons and aligning text to the right:
